Jack Fortune - Director and Founder

Jack Fortune is the Founder and Director of 6J Ltd, a property investment company established in 2025. His journey in property began at just 18 years old when he became a landlord, giving him early, hands-on experience in building and managing investment properties.

 

Since founding 6J Ltd, Jack has successfully built a property portfolio valued at over £750,000, focusing on low-risk, high-yield investment opportunities. He specialises in sourcing below-market-value deals, buy-to-let investments, and BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance) projects, with a strong emphasis on careful deal analysis and long-term performance.

 

Jack is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including sourcing investment opportunities, analysing deals, and overseeing refurbishment projects. His practical approach and market knowledge enable 6J Ltd to identify opportunities that offer strong returns and long-term value.

 

Before entering the property industry, Jack founded a successful car sales business in 2018, where he developed his skills in negotiation, investment, and business growth.

 

His long-term vision for 6J Ltd is to continue expanding the company’s portfolio while helping other investors secure high-yielding property investments, providing an alternative to the low-return opportunities commonly found on the open market.
